The website store.punjabkingsipl.in ("Platform") is owned by K.P.H. Dream Cricket Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"), incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at Unit-C115, 1st Floor, Office Complex, Plot No. 178-178A, Industrial & Business Park, Phase-1, Chandigarh (U.T.) – 160002. The Platform is operated and managed by Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited ("Fynd"), which facilitates the listing, exhibition, and sale of official Punjab Kings licensed products and merchandise ("Products") manufactured and sold by authorised third-party sellers ("Sellers") to users of this Platform.
The Company, Fynd, and Sellers endeavour to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely, secure, and transparent manner across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") sets out the manner in which deliveries are handled and the commercially reasonable efforts undertaken to ensure Products are delivered within the estimated timelines.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the relevant tracking details once all or part of your order has been dispatched. A separate confirmation with tracking information will be sent for each shipment. You may also track the status of your order at any time using the "Order Tracking" link on the Platform or by accessing the "My Orders" section in your account.
The estimated delivery timelines for your order are displayed at the time of checkout and reiterated in the order confirmation communication. Actual delivery timelines may vary based on:
- The Seller's location and dispatch readiness
- Product availability and stock status
- Logistics partner operations and capacity
- The delivery pincode and address provided by you
In certain cases, orders containing multiple Products may be dispatched in separate shipments and delivery timelines may differ for each shipment.
Deliveries are facilitated through independent Goods Transport Agencies ("GTAs") engaged by the Company, Fynd, and/or Sellers. Applicable GTA charges (delivery fees) are collected by the Company / Fynd on behalf of the relevant GTA and are displayed transparently at the time of checkout. The transportation of Products is governed by the consignment note issued by the GTA, which shall apply in addition to this Policy.
Delivery charges may vary depending on factors such as Product value, weight, dimensions, distance, and the delivery location. Any applicable charges will always be disclosed and confirmed before order placement.
Unless otherwise specified on the Platform, ownership of the Product passes to you upon dispatch, and the risk associated with the Product transfers to you upon successful delivery, as confirmed by the logistics partner. In certain cases, the transfer of ownership and risk shall be governed by the terms specified by the relevant Seller on the product page.
Any claim relating to non-receipt or non-delivery of an order must be raised within 2 (two) days from the delivery date reflected on the Company's / Fynd's / Seller's records. Upon expiry of this period, the order shall be deemed to have been duly delivered and completed, and no further claims or refunds shall be entertained.
Delivery may fail due to reasons including an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, repeated unavailability of the customer at the delivery location, or refusal to accept delivery. In such cases:
- The order may be cancelled after failed delivery attempts.
- Any applicable refund may be processed after deduction of logistics and handling charges, where applicable.
- The Company, Fynd, and Sellers shall not be held responsible for failed delivery due to reasons attributable to you.
If a package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, you must refuse acceptance of the package and promptly notify the Company / Fynd through the Help Centre on the Platform or at Shop@Punjabkingsipl.in.
Refunds or replacements, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the Returns & Cancellation Policy. Do not accept a damaged or tampered package and then raise a return request — such requests may not be entertained.
You may track your order in real time through the Platform. Notifications regarding key stages of order processing will be communicated via email and SMS, including:
Where an order includes Products sourced from different Sellers or warehouses, such Products may be shipped separately in individual consignments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. Any applicable shipping charges shall be clearly disclosed and displayed at the time of checkout.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout.
- Being available to receive the order within the estimated delivery window.
- Inspecting the package at the time of delivery for visible damage or tampering.
- Reporting any discrepancies, damage, or issues to the Company / Fynd immediately upon delivery.
The Company, Fynd, and Sellers shall not be held responsible for delivery failures or issues arising from inaccurate address information or unavailability of the customer.
At present, Products offered for sale on the Platform are available for delivery within India only. Orders placed for delivery outside India shall not be accepted or processed. The Company makes no representation regarding the availability or suitability of Products for delivery to locations outside India.
Certain oversized, heavy, or restricted Products may be subject to additional delivery requirements, extended timelines, or supplementary charges. Any such conditions shall be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page prior to checkout. By placing an order for such items, you acknowledge and agree to the additional requirements disclosed.
The Company, Fynd, and their logistics / GTA partners shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural calamities; strikes or labour disputes; lockdowns or curfews; regulatory restrictions; traffic disruptions; or other force majeure events. In such cases, the Company and Fynd will endeavour to keep you informed and provide updated delivery estimates where possible.
This Policy must be read in conjunction with the Company's Platform Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns & Cancellation Policy. This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Chandigarh, India shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
