The website store.punjabkingsipl.in ("Platform") is owned by K.P.H. Dream Cricket Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") with its registered office at Unit-C115, 1st Floor, Office Complex, Plot No. 178-178A, Industrial & Business Park, Phase-1, Chandigarh (U.T.) – 160002. The Platform is operated and managed by Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited (Fynd) ("Fynd"), which facilitates the listing and sale of official Punjab Kings licensed products and merchandise ("Products") by authorised third-party sellers ("Sellers") to users of this Platform ("Users", "you").
By purchasing Products through the Platform, you consent to and agree to comply with this Returns and Cancellation Policy ("Policy"). In the event of a conflict between the Terms & Conditions and this Policy, this Policy shall prevail in respect of all matters forming the subject matter hereof.
You may place a request for return of a Product within the return window applicable to that Product (as specified on the respective product page at the time of purchase) of receipt at the Platform's dedicated page at store.punjabkingsipl.in or by contacting customer support at Shop@Punjabkingsipl.in.
A request for return may be placed only if:
- The Product is of a different size or specification from the Order. A minor variation in colour shade shall not constitute a difference in specification.
- The Product suffers from a material defect in workmanship or manufacture.
- The Product is delivered damaged, unsealed, or with tampering of seals applied by the Seller (each, a "Defective Product").
Save as provided herein, the Company, Fynd, and Sellers do not offer and will not entertain any requests for exchange, return, or replacement of any Products.
The following Products are non-returnable, except where the Product is a Defective Product:
- Masks
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and cosmetics
- Perishables and hygiene-sensitive products
- Customised and altered items
- Any Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Any other categories specified from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company in consultation with Sellers
In case of receipt of a Defective Product, you must notify the Company and Fynd through the Platform within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery. This notification must be made against the relevant Order on the Platform.
Return of Products shall not be entertained if:
- The Product has been used for reasons other than checking fit and comfort.
- The Product has been washed.
- Price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging, or accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded.
- The serial number / barcode of the Product does not match the Company's / Fynd's / Seller's records.
- There are dents, scratches, tears, or any other damage to the Product attributable to the User.
- The Product has been rendered defective or unusable by the User.
- The User has in any way breached this Policy.
On approval of a return, the Company / Fynd / Seller will arrange a pickup of the Product. Reverse pickup services may not be available in all locations; in such cases you may need to self-ship to the designated return address, clearly including all Order details.
Products must be returned in the same condition as received (original condition with tags and packaging) together with the original invoice.
Subject to the returned Product passing inspection and quality check, the amount paid will be refunded to your original source payment account or wallet within 7 (seven) business days of completion of the quality check (to be completed within 7–10 business days of warehouse receipt).
Alternatively, a coupon of equivalent value may be issued within 14 (fourteen) business days for future purchases from the same Seller.
Refunds cannot be processed to any third-party account. Your name as registered on the Platform must match the name of the source instrument account holder.
If a return, cancellation, or modification results in the order value falling below the minimum eligibility threshold for any offer, voucher, or Platform credits, such benefits shall be reversed or adjusted on a proportionate basis.
You may place a request for cancellation of your Order via the Platform, your account, or by writing to Shop@Punjabkingsipl.in.
Once your Order has been confirmed, there can be no cancellation after the Product has been "picked up by the delivery executive" ("Cancellation Deadline"). The Company, Fynd, and Seller may, at their discretion and without obligation, entertain post-Deadline cancellation requests.
The Company, Fynd, and/or Seller reserve the right to cancel your Order at any time due to: non-availability of the Product; restrictions due to change in law; suspicion of fraudulent activity; or any other reason at their sole discretion. A full refund will be processed to your source account within 7–10 business days.
Except in the case of return of Defective Products, there shall be no return, refund, or cancellation in respect of any BOGO (Buy One Get One) offers on the Platform.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Chandigarh, India shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
