This Privacy Policy explains how K.P.H. Dream Cricket Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), owner of the Punjab Kings franchise, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data when you access and use the Punjab Kings Store at store.punjabkingsipl.in ("Platform").

By accessing and using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and other applicable Platform Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Our services are offered only in India. Your personal data is primarily governed by Indian law and stored in India, though it may in some cases be processed outside India for efficient service delivery.

The Punjab Kings Store is operated in partnership with Fynd (Shopsense Retail Technologies Limited), the official technology and operations partner. Fynd manages end-to-end operations including payments, logistics, returns, refunds, and customer support. Fynd acts as a data processor on behalf of the Company and is contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable Indian law and this Privacy Policy.

Vendors (authorised Punjab Kings merchandise sellers) process orders through Fynd's OMS. Limited personal data (name, delivery address, contact number, order details) is shared with Vendors strictly for order fulfilment. Vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

• Directly from you: when you register, browse, place an order, contact support, or participate in promotions.
• Automatically: device identifiers, IP address, browsing behaviour, cookies, and analytics data.
• Third parties: logistics / GTA partners, payment providers, Sellers, affiliates, and social networks.
• Derived by us: records of your interactions, preferences, and usage patterns on the Platform.

If you do not access your Account for 1 (one) year, we may delete your Account data (including transactional data) subject to legal retention requirements under applicable law.

We use your personal data for:

• Processing, fulfilling, and delivering orders through authorised Sellers and Fynd's logistics network.
• Sending order updates, service communications, and support responses.
• Personalising product recommendations, offers, and your user experience.
• Fraud detection, risk management, and platform security.
• Identity verification, eligibility checks, and regulatory compliance.
• Marketing and promotional communications (with opt-out option).
• Research, analytics, and continuous service improvement.
• Loyalty, referral, or promotional programmes where you have enrolled.

• Fynd (Technology & Operations Partner): for website management, OMS, payments, settlements, logistics, returns, quality checks, and customer support.
• Sellers / Vendors: authorised Punjab Kings merchandise sellers, limited to data necessary for order fulfilment (name, address, contact, order details).
• GTA / Logistics Partners: courier and delivery partners assigned by Fynd for forward and reverse logistics.
• Payment Gateways & Banks: for payment processing and refunds.
• Analytics & IT Service Providers: for platform analytics, cloud hosting, and infrastructure management.
• Regulators & Law Enforcement: when required by law, court order, or government notices, or to protect user rights and safety.
• Successor Entities: in the event of merger, acquisition, or restructuring; the successor entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to: enable Platform functionality and maintain login sessions; analyse site usage and improve performance; measure advertising and campaign effectiveness; and promote trust and safety on the Platform.

Most cookies are session-based and auto-expire. You may disable cookies in your browser or device settings, though some Platform features may not function properly if you do so. We may also use third-party cookies (e.g., Google Analytics). You may opt out of personalised advertising via your device's advertising settings.

The Company and Fynd maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including secure server access, industry-standard encryption (SSL), and regular system updates — to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure. By using the Platform, you accept these inherent risks. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Security Breach Response: We maintain internal policies for detecting, containing, and remediating security breaches. Where required by law, we will notify affected users and regulators within prescribed timelines.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data related to fraud prevention may be retained in anonymised or restricted form for extended periods to safeguard the Company and its users.

You may request deletion of your personal data by writing to Shop@Punjabkingsipl.in. We may request additional information to confirm your identity before processing any deletion. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification.

Please note that following deletion you may not be able to access certain areas of the Platform or services that require your personal data to function. The Company may retain one (1) copy of your personal data on our servers solely for compliance monitoring.

We may delay or decline a deletion request where retention is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to exercise or defend a legal claim, or to fulfil contractual obligations.

The Platform is available only to persons competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18 years of age. Any use of the Platform by a child under 18 must be under parental supervision.

If you share data of a child under 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, authorise the Company to process such data in accordance with this Policy, and accept responsibility for the accuracy and legality of sharing such data.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including the main Punjab Kings website (punjabkingsipl.in) and third-party integrations such as analytics, payment processors, and social platforms. The Company is not responsible for the content, data collection practices, or privacy policies of any third-party websites. Please review their privacy policies before sharing personal data with them.

We may work with third-party advertising partners to display ads on or in connection with the Platform. These partners may use non-personally identifiable information about your Platform visits to tailor advertisements. You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time using your device's advertising settings.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing or promotional communications by: using the unsubscribe link in emails; adjusting notification preferences in your Account settings; or writing to Shop@Punjabkingsipl.in. Transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, return status) will continue as they are essential to completing your transactions.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of the Company's business, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity. The successor entity will be bound to process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy or an equivalent standard of protection. Where such a transfer results in a material change in the use of your personal data, the Company will provide notice about your choices.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will notify you through in-app notices, email, or other appropriate means.
